How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders are shipped with 24- 48 hours
Please check the standard Australia Post postal times for your area.
Your order is shipping from Brisbane.
Many of your orders are sent via "Untracked Aus. Post Envelope", this means that they may take a little longer to arrive as Aus Post are now shipping envelopes every second day Australia wide.

What Payment methods does My Seeds take?
Bank Deposit – This is our preferred method of Payment!

Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes it is ! Shipping is FREE for 1 pack of Seeds or 20 Packs.

Is Shipping International?
Sorry we don’t offer International Shipping.

Do you ship to all of Australia?
There are some seeds & plants are not allowed into WA & SA
& other states, so if you're unsure before buying, just message our friendly staff.

Growing Instructions
All our seeds come with cultivation and growing instructions.
However, we do recommend to research locale and climate for best growing.
On many of our best selling seed products, we offer a "Watch and Grow" video series. This will give you further insight into the germination & correct cultivation of your seed purchase.

I live close by, can I pick up my order?
Sorry no, we do not allow pick up of orders.

I live in Western Australia or Tasmania. I’m worried about Quarantine. Can you post orders to me?
Yes
We can post to every state in Australia. There are some items that are restricted in certain states though; these are all marked in the item descriptions, eg: “NOT TO WA”.
As we sell hundreds of different types of seeds it is difficult to devise that every seed will pass customs, so it is the buyers responsibility 100% to ensure that the seeds ordered through My Seeds are allowed to pass customs into the buyers chosen state and not the responsibility of My Seeds.

Is there Tracking with my Order?
Most orders under $60 are sent in untracked envelope. Where there is tracking, we upload into your order, so simply log in to track your order.​

We check all orders before posting.

Stock on Hand?
Where we are out of stock we will endeavour to look after our customers by outsourcing from one of our suppliers.

Health Supplements
Our supplements that we sell online are shipped direct from our warehouse in Sri Lanka and take anywhere from 10-25 days to arrive. We provide full tracking.

Refund Policy
My Seeds doesn't support change of mind refunds.
Cancellations can be made only if buyer has made a mistake and wishes to cancel prior to My Seeds sending off the item.
My Seeds are not liable for items purchased that do not germinate, due to several reasons including: poor storage of seeds, improper cultivation methods, incorrect soil & or growing products . We aim to provide buyers with the freshest of seeds and products.

Non returns for non-germination of seeds.
We do not refund orders where germination of seeds has not happened due to the variable nature of seeds & how they are raised.
​
No refunds for incorrect address.
If we do receive the original parcel back after it has not been delivered due to incorrect address we will confer with the buyer to resend. If the order is lost due to wrong address being inputted into checkout we do not refund due to buyer error.
​
Customs policy in WA & SA doesn't allow some seeds/plants to enter. We do state this in the selected item listing and will not send there. However, it is up to the buyer to check before purchasing as not all seeds/plants are banned from admittance into certain states.
If a buyer does buy and it is not allowed & the item is destroyed at customs we will not refund the buyer.
