Beautiful, fragrant clusters of veined, lavender-pink, orchid-like flowers are borne abundantly over a long season, Spring thru Fall, on this rare climbing form of Bauhinia. Delicate looking, but it’s quite a vigorous twiner, with very attractive & unusual, 2-lobed, “butterfly” leaves. Adaptable to sun or part shade (sun along the Bay), it tolerates drought but looks best with some water and rich, composty soil. Evergreen in our frost-free zones & hardy
