Where We Ship: My Seeds proudly ships trees and plants across Australia.

However, due to state quarantine regulations, we are unable to ship to Western Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS), South Australia (SA), and the Northern Territory (NT).

Expert Packing for Safe Arrival: Ensuring your trees arrive healthy is our top priority at My Seeds. Before packing, each tree and plant is thoroughly watered and given a mild liquid nutrient feed. Our skilled packing team then carefully wraps and secures your order in sturdy boxes designed for safe transit.

Our Courier Partners: We partner with reputable couriers including Aramex, Australia Post, and Australia Post Express to deliver your order. You'll see the specific courier options available for your delivery address during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframe & Order Tracking:

Estimated Delivery: Typically, your trees will arrive within 3-7 days from the date you place your order, depending on your specific location.
Track Your Shipment: As soon as your order is dispatched from My Seeds, we will send you an email confirmation containing a tracking link. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for this tracking link to become active in the courier's system.

Handling Delays: While delays are infrequent, they can sometimes occur due to peak periods, high order volumes, or unexpected courier issues. My Seeds appreciates your patience and understanding should this happen.

Trimming Taller Trees: To comply with courier size restrictions for standard boxes, My Seeds may occasionally need to prune the tops of taller trees before shipping. Rest assured, this trimming is beneficial for the tree! It encourages bushier growth and helps your tree establish strong roots and branches in its new garden location.

Shipping Costs Explained:

Fixed Rate Advantage: My Seeds offers convenient fixed-rate shipping. This means you pay one flat shipping fee per order, regardless of how many trees or plants you purchase. The cost for your area is calculated automatically at checkout.
Combined Shipping Savings: If you place multiple orders with My Seeds Tree on the same day, we will combine them into one shipment where possible and promptly refund any excess shipping fees paid.
Remote Area Deliveries: An additional surcharge applies to deliveries destined for remote locations. This fee helps cover the higher transportation costs associated with reaching these areas, allowing My Seeds to serve customers across Australia.
